  • Defended Georgia’s statutory cap on punitive damages against challenge under the state constitution and reduced a $50 million award to $250,000.

  • Secured reversal of a $150 million jury verdict with judgment rendered for client as a matter of law in case alleging defamation and negligence in testing of government contractor's work.
